私たちの白い黒糖は、無農薬・無化学肥料で栽培したサトウキビを、黒糖の栄養分を残しながら、アクやエグみの原因となる不純物を取り除く、昔ながらの手作りにこだわった製法で作っています。不純物が取り除かれることでさらに白くなり、料理にも使いやすく、黒糖本来の旨みと甘みが感じることができるオーガニックな黒糖です。

Coral sugar is made from sugarcane grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers using a unique process that removes only the impurities that cause acridity and bitterness, while retaining the nutrients in the brown sugar. By removing the impurities, the original flavor and sweetness of brown sugar can be felt in this organic sugar.
